Training run before Today’s Race

I always like to go for a run on the morning of the race. I think this helps. I think it helps relax my chest and open ups my lungs. I may not run any better because of having a training run the same day as a race but I believe that of I don’t do it I will run worse.

It was cold and windy out on the road this morning. Wore my beenie ( hat). I know I look crazy but my ears are not turning to ice.Image
