REST DAY

After 30 Km yesterday I took a rest day and gave myself a day off. Unfortunately the wind was really fierce out of the roads in Melbourne this afternoon. Right from the beginning I felt I was being pushed off the road.

Ran about 5.5 Km. I wanted to run slowly …well slower than my usual slow running….but I really have only one pace, so I pushed it along. Actually glad to get it done.

750 Stomach crunches and 90 push ups.

Weight 66.5 Kgm ( I would like to race at 66.0 Kgm which I know if not particularly light but I am generally lazy so dropping more weight may be too hard)
