Felt that I did not really need to push it today so just ran my old 9km route.
Started pretty slowly but when I got to about half way I suddenly started to steel quite strong. Not something I am used to as of late. Increased the pace but then told myself this was only training and this was not intended as a hard run.So slowed down. Felt ok.
A few aches in my legs but that’s to be expected.
